The Intergenerational Panel of Climate Leaders brought together experienced leaders and emerging voices to discuss women’s leadership in climate action. Challenge:

The climate crisis requires diverse perspectives and collaboration, yet there is often a gap between generations in addressing this global challenge. Women’s voices, particularly those of young leaders, need a platform to share experiences, insights, and aspirations in the context of climate action.

Solution:

The event proposed a solution by creating a space for an intergenerational panel discussion. Accomplished leaders, including Amanda Yates, Farhana Yamin, and Victoria Whalen, engaged in a moderated dialogue. This approach aimed to shed light on the unique contributions of women’s leadership in climate action and encourage collaboration across generations.
